I would recommend these apartments.

I have already told quite a few friends that I am thrilled with my decision to rent at The Cloister's. This place is so very refreshing and nicely manicured. The staff are extremely helpful and lovely people. The maintenance staff are quick to fix problems and happy to answer questions they have probably answered a million times! I have only been here a week but, has been a wonderful experience thus far. Oh! If you are a kitchen person, like myself, you will love the upgrades and ample space provided for gadgets!

We love our new home at The Cloisters. It's simply perfect. Beautiful apartment, excellent view, quiet, safe, great amenities, excellent staff. Just to give you a clue: All winter long the pool was kept beautiful and blue. Every now and then some wind would blow some leaves or debris in the water and by mid-morning the pool has been cleaned. This brand new community doesn't have much competitors on the west side of Charlotte. We looked from South-West to North-West of Charlotte and this place is by far the best. We loved it from day one and almost a year later we like it even more. Thanks for everything girls/guys and special thanks to Lindsay for making the administrative side of moving in nice and simple.

It's GREAT!!! I speak highly and often about the community and the staff. All of my friends want to move here. I love the modern feel to the apartments. The kitchen is to die for. In my hometown a lot of the apartments have to bought and I always said I would never buy an apartment, but if I had to buy at the Cloisters. I would.

I feel really safe here, everyone is friendly from the residents that I have come across to the very professional staff. The property is well maintained and it seems that the residents take pride in where they live that is always a huge factor in my choice of apartment communities. I enjoy the resident socials from time to time.

My husband and I moved from renting a 4 bedroom house to a one bedroom apartment and we love it. Lindsay helped us and she was great from the beginning to the end. Everyone in the rental office is extremely friendly and very helpful. The Apartment is beautiful and we love calling this our new home. Keep up the good work! We especially love the security lights. It makes us feel safer and the community is well lit.
